To the extent liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service and these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Intellect Power Consulting for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event on which the claim is based.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Intellect Power Consulting regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.

We may, in our sole discretion, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do so, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where required, provide additional notice. Any changes will be effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
